Sadly Missed By all His Family And Friends
Dion was a very special little boy. He had very complex needs and was disabled. He never let this get him down and he always had the biggest smile and he never stopped smiling. He was a child in a million whom gave so much too so many. As his parents we feel blessed to have had him in our lives for so long and we will always be grateful to call him our Son. He gave us so much hope and gave us the strength to carry on through the darkest days. We both feel we was blessed to have had such a special little boy in our lives, even though it was just a short time, he gave us so much. Dion never let his illness get him down or worry about it he smiled through the pain.
Dion will always be missed by his elder brother Jordan-Lee. They were both born with the same medical condition. They could not talk, walk, stand or eat normal food. However we were convinced they had there own way of talking to each other. Dion and Jordan-Lee spent all there time together and played a big part in each others lives.
Dion was a pupil at Innes Special School, where he was always a popular member of the School and his class, early years. Dion loved to go to School, and we know he will be sadly missed by all his friends and teaching staff.
Dion spent much of his short life in Rochdale Children’s Unit. All the Staff knew him; even there he always brought a smile to there face. He was a poorly little boy, but he smiled through it. He did what he was good at, baffled the medical Profession and rewrote the medical books time and time again. They have never found out what was wrong with either one of our boys, but we feel the boys didn't want them to know.
Dion spent his last day at his Nana's where he was for tea. He had the biggest smile on his face all the day, we had no idea it was to be his last day alive. He even went to bed happy and smiling. We are grateful that his last day was around family and he did not suffer at the end. He went quick and without suffering, which now we are grateful for. His consultant thinks his brain would have just shut down, Dion would have known nothing about it.
Dion was much loved by his Grandparents Sue and Len and Edna and John and Great grandparents Norma And Derek Aunties and Uncles Jackie, Joe ,Shirley, Keith. Also; all his Cousins.
Sadley Dion never got to meet his Paternal Grandad Michael but whom still loves him with all his heart. We was trying to contact his Grandad before he died. He also has Aunties that Dion never met Davina, Elizabeth, and Melanie or any of his counsins from that side of his Family. Dion they all love you son Mum & Dad xxx

5 Years ago today, the question was asked why you Dion, We will never know the answer. You suffered through all the years, how much we will never know. You always managed to smile, you was and always will be a inspiration to all who knew you. You couldn't walk, talk but that did not affect you. You always had the smile to melt everybody's heart. The fight was over and you was gone, but your memory will live forever. You are still now my ray of Sunshine, you gave so much to all who knew you. You still are one very special Boy and so sadly missed. The pain never gets any easier, through the years we have learnt to cope. R.I.P Dion you know Dad, Mum Jordan-Lee will never stop loving you or missing you daily. God bless you Son, and have fun. You are an Angel in Heaven and the only one who deserves to be given that Title. I will always say your to young to be there Babe.

Like the day when our baby was born.
How he filled all our lives with such pleasure,
